     BIO: 

Newborn (0-2): In a small hospital on the outskirts of Hollow Shades, the young Checkered Flame was born in 1998 to his mother, Mayomi, and his father, Spectre. Several days later, his mother unfortunately didn't have any strength left to live, and passed away in her hospital room. This led to his father to raise him alone. At 2 years old, Flame waited for his father to return home one night, but he never came back. The following morning, his death was reported. Since he had nowhere to go, his aunt Autumn and uncle Diesel decided to take care of him.

Foal (3-6): As the young pony grew up, his aunt raised him, fed him, and made him attend school. For his uncle, he was in a state of deep depression after the loss of Flame's father, or better yet his brother. That depression turned into anger, and he had to take his anger out on somepony. For several years, Diesel constantly drank bottles of beer and whiskey, then took out his drunken rage out on Flame and Autumn. Yelling, physical abuse, and even instances where it was more severe than that.

Colt (7-11): School wasn't helping Flame out either, as the other children picked on him constantly, and the teachers & counselors couldn't do much to help him. His grades were above average, but not excelling standards. At age 9, the violence in his home only became worse as the months passed by. Hitting turned to knockouts, yelling became absolute screaming, and he was threatened to be killed if he ever tried to call the police or guards. One night, weeks after turning 10, Flame had enough. He packed his belongings into a small saddlebag, quickly put on his scarf & glasses, and sprinted to the train station. He boarded the train and headed for Ponyville, where he would begin a new life. To this day, he deeply regrets leaving his aunt behind.

Tween/Adolescent (12-16): Upon arrival, Flame had to start over. He bought a house close to the center of town, and started building up from there. He stopped attending school in fear of more bullying, but didn't stop his studies. He would go to Twilight Sparkle's library to select a few books and study from them. From studying, he began inventing. After several years of trial and error, research and ideas, he finally created and successfully tested his own automobile. Today, Flame continues to build these inventions for his friends and any paying customers who seemed intrigued with his creations. Along the way, he will have to make friends, encounter rivals, and do whatever is necessary to build up to the top.

    Relationships

Mother: Flame never knew his mother. She died shortly after childbirth.

Father: Flame barely remembers anything about his father. He also died, but when he was 2 years old. 

Uncle: Flame absolutely fears and hates his uncle. For 8 years, his uncle brutally abused him whenever he drank. He didn't even spare any mercy for Flame's aunt.

Aunt: Flame and his aunt are on somewhat good terms. She was the only one who cared and protected him from his uncle.

Discorded: Flame's anger and insanity is taken to extreme heights. He is absolutely filled with rage, and will hurt anypony in sight in any way that is brutal, especially when provoked. A warning to all ponies: Approach with extreme caution, or if spotted, run, but you may not get very far.

Auto Racing Gear: There are times where Flame will race his automobiles against his friends. His gear includes an old scarf and a pair of goggles.

Beamsoft Uniform: Flame has a job as a vehicle creator, beta tester, and programmer at Beamsoft Creations. His uniform consists of a black & blue t-shirt and a headset.
